Winter Wonders - Roasted Tomato Bruschetta

Barbera loves tomatoes, and tomatoes love Barbera. Both have bright acidity, as well as that garden earthiness. Adding fresh basil, lemon zest and garlic adds pops of flavor, bringing out the layers in the wine. Very easy, but feels like you've travelled to Italy!
